Yes! We ship right around the world via Australia Post, Sendle, Star Track & DHL Express.

Yep! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

At the checkout page there is a section which says "click here to enter a gift card or discount code". Simply type in your code and hit apply.
What does PRE ORDER or MADE 4 U mean?

"Pre Order" or "Made To Order" means that the item is currently being made & will be delivered to you within a certain timeframe - check out our Pre Order & Made 4 U information page HERE.

How do I PRE ORDER something?
Simply add the item to your cart on our website & check out as per normal. Once the Pre Order is ready to send out you will get a notification.

No, we keep all your goodies safe until your Pre Order or Made To Order item arrives, then we send it all together.
Do you price match?
If you find a lower price item on an Australian website, we will do our best to match that price for you. Please email help@tibbsandbones.com with a link to the items. The items must be identical and be based within Australia. Please note we can say yes or no to price matches at our discretion & price matches are not always possible as we are a small business.
Do you offer After Pay, Zip Pay, Laybuy or Klarna payment options?

We always try to get our fave bits back in for you babes! If you are loving something just pop your email down for a restock notification & we will work out butts off to bring it back for you! If you are curious or need something by a certain date, you can also contact us & we can find out for you.

Yes! Just check out on our website as normal, then select 'Pick Up In Store' as your shipping method. And it is free to collect in store too! We can also have orders ready to collect within the same day. Once your order is ready to be collected you will receive a text message with the pick up details.
